Original Naughty Kitty: Darby Crash

| Darby was a feral cat that lived in the woods in back of our college. He claimed us as his own just before Matt graduated in May 1994. We brought him home, cleaned him, took care of his vet issues, and he has been our owner ever since. He is a well-traveled cat, having lived in upstate New York, San Francisco, and now Pennsylvania. Darby is named after the lead sing of the punk band The Germs because he is more punk than you (©The Mysterians). |

Demon Kitty: Oni Neko

| We acquired Oni Neko from my sister in May 2000. She (my sister) was moving in with a friend who was allergic to cats. The next thing we knew we were driving Noni from Boston to our home in Pennsylvania. Oni Neko was so named because she was a mean, demonic feline when we first brought her. She has since warmed up considerably, but if you catch her in the right mood she can still inspire fear in the hearts of the bravest men. Oni Neko was also a feral cat, rescued as a kitten by my sister. She found her cowering in the parking lot of a movie theater. |

Silly Kitty: Little Miss Peepers

| Peepers was yet another feral cat who moved in with us in June 2000. She is the only kitty we have had since she was a tiny little baby kitten. She was one of a litter of 8, rescued by a former coworker of mine right here in Pennsylvania. I was tricked into taking her home when said coworker brought Peepers into work and plopped her into my lap. She fell asleep on my neck and I fell in love instantly. She was so tiny at the time I could hold her in the palm of my hand. Peepers was originally named Gurgi because of the gurgly noises she makes and her insatiable hunger for any kind of food. Her gurgly noises later turned into little peeping noises that are especially audible while she darts around like a little maniac, leaping tall chairs in a single bound. The insatiable hunger has remained and she loves to eat all sorts of people food, especially nacho chips. |
